Big update (now with art!)

I’ve made a number of changes!

1. Made it quicker to get to the game proper (less material up front)
2. Added wonderful art by Juan Ochoa
3. Simplified a few parts of the game.
4. Created a bunch of hopefully easier to use checklists for the key processes.
5. Generally revised and updated things.

(I’ve also put the price up for new purchasers, which is to pay for the art).
